SB PHARMA SOLUTIONS was founded by Shaina D Barnes, PharmD to provide small to mid-sized pharmaceutical companies guidance and support in defining their Medical Affairs operations and help to grow their business.

Shaina is a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with 8+ years in the pharmaceutical industry in infectious disease, neurology, and psychiatry with specific focus on acute bacterial skin and skin structure infections (ABSSSI), epilepsy, movement disorders, schizophrenia and depression.  She is board certified in psychiatric and neurologic pharmacy.  She continuously sets goals for herself and takes the necessary steps to achieve these goals, which has gained her a variety of experience, promotions and awards in her career.  She has created 4 AMCP formulary dossiers, as well as presented clinical information for thought leaders and peers at advisory boards. She has also been involved in 6 product launches, reviewing the literature and creating training materials and slide decks for In-house and Field Medical teams.  She has strong verbal and written communication skills and a clear vision of medical affairs operations.
